chilmark-meadow-viewJust Sold for $610,000! I knew it wouldn’t take long for this idyllic meadow view property to find its rightful owner! The 3.7 acres is cleared where the house happily overlooks sun-filled meadows. The rest is tranquil woods. The lot is large enough to accommodate a guest house after 5 years of ownership and a swimming pool after 2 years of ownership. Chilmark beaches, a short ride to Alley’s, and a location supporting increased equity make this the smartest buy in Chilmark.
